Inter Group and Watchdata Technologies Sign MOU to Explore Regional Collaboration

Inter Group is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Watchdata Technologies Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology company, marking an important step towards exploring future collaboration opportunities in Myanmar and Cambodia.

The MOU reflects both parties’ shared intention to strengthen business cooperation and explore potential opportunities across selected regional markets. Under the proposed collaboration, Watchdata Technologies may supply SIM and eSIM solutions to telecom operators, as well as transport-related solutions, including payment cards for transport and toll applications.

The MOU signing took place on 27 June 2026 at ParkRoyal Hotel, Yangon, Myanmar, alongside the Digital Banking Security, Payment & Identity Solutions industry event.
