New ACRA Requirements for Register of Registrable Controllers
Details: As of July 2023, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore requires companies to maintain a Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC) with accurate and updated information. Companies are also required to lodge RORC information with ACRA and update it within 2 business days of any changes.
